【活動介紹】

2025 全球數位經濟創新大賽 AIGC 創作大賽由全球數位經濟大會組委會主辦，聚焦人工智慧生成內容（AIGC）在創意產業中的應用，面向全球徵集優秀作品，打造產學研用協同創新平台。大賽由北京市人民政府、國家互聯網資訊辦公室、國家數據局、新華通訊社、聯合國開發計劃署主辦，北京市經濟和資訊化局等多家機構聯合承辦。

本次大賽，面向全球範圍對 AIGC 創作感興趣的機構、個人、團隊（團隊人數限 7 人內）進行徵集，鼓勵跨學科、跨領域組隊。凡符合主題要求及技術規範者皆可參與。

參賽者需運用 AIGC 工具，完成圖片、影片、短片、腳本、實體模型等各類創作，包含但不限於 IP 形象類產品、動畫影片類作品、小說文字類作品、藝術展示類內容。

本次大賽分為自由命題與推薦命題兩類，其中推薦命題涵蓋數位 IP、服飾設計、短影音與短劇、代碼生成、聲音創作等五大方向，共設七大特色賽道，各賽道推薦命題如下：

聲音創作 — 昆侖萬維 & 小小年紀 賽道

針對賽道要求，創作：

· 中文音樂（包含方言說唱、粵語經典風格、趣味兒歌、流行曲風）

· 外文音樂（包含歐美流行、日語動漫風格、韓語 K-pop）

聲音賽道由昆侖萬維與小小年紀聯合發起，聚焦人工智慧技術在音樂創作中的創新應用，鼓勵參賽者借助 AIGC 工具進行旋律、編曲、音效等全流程協作創作。本賽道分為中文與外文兩個方向，涵蓋方言說唱、粵語港風、兒歌創作、流行樂、歐美、日語、韓語 K-pop 等 7 大命題。所有作品需使用 AI 音樂工具「MUREKA」輔助創作。優秀作品將有機會獲得現金獎勵、音樂發行支持及商業孵化機會。

數位 IP — 吳哥窟賽道

針對賽道要求，創作：

· 數位藝術（如沉浸式展覽、動態壁畫、虛擬人演繹等）

· 互動體驗（如 AR 導覽、VR 大空間、元宇宙場景建構等）

· 衍生設計（如文創產品、IP 形象、數位衍生品等）

數位 IP — 奧林匹克賽道

以「2049 年火星首屆奧林匹克運動會」為題進行創作：

· 奧運場館

· 體育器具

· 開閉幕式設計

· 競賽場景建構

專業戶外裝備 — 探路者賽道

針對賽道要求，創作：

· 極端環境的戶外裝備創作高海拔環境衝鋒衣褲（保溫、防寒、安全設計）

· 極地防寒服（太陽能保溫、智能控溫技術）

· 滑雪服裝（防寒、防風、保護性設計）

短影音與短劇 — 新美星空賽道

針對賽道要求，創作：

· 短影音內容（原創 IP 短影音、遊戲角色獨白劇場）

· 短影音廣告（APP 拉新資訊流、單品 TVC 廣告）

· 短劇內容（真人短劇轉動畫、動態漫改編、歐美都市愛情類海外短劇）

動態漫 / 漫劇創作、原創 IP 與互動內容 — 風行平台賽道

針對賽道要求，創作：

· 動態漫 / 漫劇

· 原創 AIGC IP 與互動內容

代碼生成 — CSDN 賽道

針對賽道要求，創作：

· 智慧互動應用開發

· 智慧工具型網站開發

【Event Overview】

The 2025 Global Digital Economy Innovation Competition – AIGC Creative Contest is organized by the Organizing Committee of the Global Digital Economy Conference. The competition focuses on the application of AI-Generated Content (AIGC) in creative industries, inviting outstanding submissions from around the world to build a collaborative innovation platform that integrates academia, industry, research, and application. The event is co-hosted by the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Data Administration, Xinhua News Agency, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), with joint organization from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and other institutions.

The contest is open to global institutions, individuals, and teams (with up to 7 members) interested in AIGC creation. Interdisciplinary and cross-domain collaboration is encouraged. Any submission that meets the thematic and technical requirements is eligible for participation.

Participants are required to use AIGC tools to produce a wide range of creative works, including but not limited to images, videos, short films, scripts, and physical models. Submission types may include IP character designs, animated videos, narrative texts, and artistic showcases.

The competition consists of two categories: open-topic submissions and recommended-topic submissions. The latter spans five key focus areas—Digital IP, Fashion Design, Short Videos & Microdramas, Code Generation, and Audio Creation—across seven featured tracks. The recommended topics for each track are as follows:

Audio Creation – Mureka & XXNJ Track

Create works based on the track requirements, including:

· Chinese music (including dialect rap, Cantonese retro songs, children's songs, and pop music)

· International music (including Western pop, Japanese anime-style music, and Korean K-pop)

The Sound Creation Track is jointly launched by Mureka and XXNJ, with a focus on the innovative application of artificial intelligence technology in music creation. Participants are encouraged to use AIGC tools for full-process collaborative creation, including melody composition, arrangement, and sound design. This track is divided into two directions: Chinese and international, covering seven major themes such as dialect rap, Cantonese retro style, children's songs, pop music, Western styles, Japanese music, and Korean K-pop. All entries must be created with the assistance of the AI music tool “MUREKA.” Outstanding works will have the opportunity to receive cash prizes, music distribution support, and commercial incubation opportunities.

Digital IP – Angkor Track
Create works in response to the track theme, such as:
· Digital art (e.g., immersive exhibitions, animated murals, virtual character performances)
· Interactive experiences (e.g., AR-guided tours, VR spaces, metaverse scene building)
· Derivative design (e.g., cultural products, IP mascots, digital derivatives)

Digital IP – Olympic Track
Based on the theme “The First Olympic Games on Mars, 2049”, participants are invited to create:
· Olympic venues
· Sports equipment
· Opening and closing ceremonies
· Competition scenes

Professional Outdoor Equipment – Toread Track
Create works based on the track requirements, including:
· Outdoor gear for extreme environments: alpine expedition jacket and pants (with insulation, cold resistance, and safety design)
· Arctic cold-weather clothing (solar-powered insulation, intelligent temperature control)
· Ski gear (windproof, thermal, and protective design)

Short Video & Microdrama - NMG Track
Create works such as:
· Short videos (original IP-based, game character monologue scenes)
· Short video advertising (APP promotion ads, single-product TVC commercials)
· Microdramas (live-action to animation adaptation, motion comics, Western urban romance microdramas)

Motion Comics / Interactive IP - Funshion Track
Create works such as:
· Motion comics / comic dramas
· Original AIGC IP storytelling and interactive experiences

Code Generation – CSDN Track
Create works based on the track theme, such as:
· Development of intelligent interactive applications
· Development of smart utility websites
· Game development
